Been going to one for 3 years. It's solid. Can't compare to other gyms because I've never been to any other gym before.
Ive never had a problem with it though. Plenty of benches, racks and weights at the one I go to.

So I am buying a half rack instead of a power rack
Thought this was as good a place to ask as any given I'm a /fit/ regular, plus can't be bothered registering on some other place.
Was inspecting the lads in the shower, the usual quick feel to check for lumps, but I reckon I did something to my right ball. It seems a bit uncomfortable now, like it's not sitting right.
This was a few days ago, so I assume I can't have twisted it right, or I'd be in agony?
Is it even possible to give yourself a testicular torsion by hand? I know it's normally agony, but can it happen without any obvious pain at first?

I had torsion a few days ago, but it corrected itself. It happens like once a year, but always untwists in an hour or two. Hurt is severe, I remember doing my gf when while it was twisted, nutted so hard and it was the best mixure of pleasure and pain. 10/10 would twist nut again.

what do you do if your ribs show but abs don't? I'm pretty sure my rib cage is bigger than average, I also have lordosis which might explain why it sticks out.

As a novice I really have to say this whole fitness zone is fucked up. Lies and hoax around every corner. So diverse opinions about every little piece of information. But fuck that, help me with one thing i can't sort on my own:
Tell me, brosplit, hitting every muscle from different angles once a week, squat every workout 3 times a week and nothing else matters or something different?
honestly do whatever you feel. as long as its a tried and proven routine like push pull legs, SS, stronglifts. also as long as youre eating right, training with progressive overload, eating at a surplus for gaining, lifting correct form, eating at a deficit for fat loss, youll be fine
