High Intensity Interval Training
I usually do 1 hour on the elliptical (bad joints) so according to the machine I burn 600 calories in an hour. * to be taken with a grain of salt of course. For the first 30 minutes, my heart rate is at 160, then it starts to climb to 175ish in the last 30 minutes of my 1hour routine.
HOWEVER,

If youre handy at all you can make a makeshift rack pretty easily. Plenty of videos, and website guides, and really you just need a fucking stand to put the barbell on how fucking simple can it get.
I would prioritize the bar, bench, and plates in that order. Build on that as you go.
For about$400 I have a bench squat rack combo, Olympic bar, pull up bar, regular barbell, and some 50lb dumbbells. What else should I get

My goal is to do 100 push-ups in less than 2 minutes, in a single set.
I've currently plateaued at 85 push-ups per set, but I can pump them out pretty quickly.
I'm currently doing 400 push-ups a day and 400 reverse-rows (supported pull-ups). I do the reverse rows to counter the pain in my shoulders due to the push-ups.
I've been doing this for 3 months. Even though I keep pumping out so many push-ups my max per set isn't increasing.
Anybody got any tips or insight to reach that 100 mark?
