okay /fit/, what the fuck is this shit? i was looking for form tips on lateral raises on youtube, and LITERALLY every single video on the first page (yes i watched them all) shows them differently, so how the fuck do you do them properly?
some sit down, some have very bent elbows, some tilt pinky up, some tilt thumb up, some to them looking like a T, some do them looking like a lying U, some do them backwards (looks more like chest too me).

Sitting down lowers the chance of cheating the motion, but not like it's required to do the motion
The bend in the elbows takes pressure off of the joints in the wrist- i like a slight bend but thats just me, who the fuck am i
The backwards variation focuses more on the rear head than the lateral head- that's why you see them sometimes.
I fucking hate lateral raises, but nothing else gets that lateral head work in like them.

I used to get normal cheese (fromage blanc) with 72 kcal / 100g and 7g of protein / 100g.
Now the cottage cheese has 99kcal / 100g, and more proteins.
But I just realised it's salty, so I won't be able to eat it in the morning.

I want to lose weight with cardio but I get nasty shin splints. I have no chance to let then heal because I need to walk for about 30mins every day which triggers it.
What should I do? Should I just eat at a huge deficit to make up for no cardio?

i had to reduce stim intake to no less than 7 hours prior to bedtime, for one.
also, supplement valerian root and chamomile (i found a capsule containing both with some other stuff as well, but you can always make chamomile tea). i do take melatonin every night, but i don't recommend it tbqh. it fucks up your brain's natural production of it. diphenhydramine (benadry;) should be ok to dose nightly, though.
Nah, I work around 35h a week and study about 10 each week. Was a former NEET though, and haven't been able to shake wanting to stay up late and sleep in. My shifts don't start until 3pm by the way.
I just found out that my 175g pre-workout shake has a total of 3g creatine. Is this harmless?
Creatine is a food supplement. Do you think people would be trying to supplement things that are harmful to their health?
As for the amount of it, 3g is nothing. Some people get a little ill feeling with higher doses (10+g) though.
