Alright /fit/, I'm a long time lurker first time poster. I wanted to ask yall if this is good progress for around two months. I dont have a before picture, but there was nothing there.
Never lifted before, and started my journey three months ago at 316 lbs. This is me as of today, and I'm currently at 281 lbs.
Bench: 225
Squat: 295
DL: 295
Squat and DL are the same cause that all the weight I have.

That said, 300 lb squat for reps is amazing after two months, but then again you're a fattie (less so, good progress on weight loss) so hopefully you can retain some quad mass during your cut
those are ridiculous stats after 2 months of lifting. i'm at 110 bench 180 DL 155 squat after 3 months

I have a very mild case of gyno and have been to several doctors,and am at this point really torn between two methods
The first being making an incision trough the nipple and removing it from there.
and the second being an incision near the armpit
I would really appreciate anyone who did the armpit method to share their experience since I can't find alot of info or pics about it online and am really curious how the scarring looks after some time.

Is it absolutely necessary to take Omega 3 and a multivitamin when lifting or can you do without? Also What is the difference between taking caffeine pill or drinking coffee?
If you eat a balanced healthy diet, supplements are a waste of money. Just eat fish and flaxseed for omega 3s
Vitimins are a waste of money, if you're eating mildly healthy you'll be fine. Coffee is cheaper than caffeine pills but other than that they're basically the same
Multis make me nauseous for some reason. Tried different brands too and only fizzy drink multis dont mess me up, so i dont take that.
I take fishoil pretty religiously. I notice more joint clicks and clacks when im off fishoil.
Actually when i swim i can hear my bones making a pop sound underwater unless ive been taking fishoils for a while or took a longgg break from lifting.
Any opinions on this workout regime?
Context: Im a 6'2 130lb skeleton trying to put on muscle, nothing special.

This is me - 73kg/ 178cm/23years old.
I've lost like 17kg in 3-4 years, as you can see I still have this stupid belly( I was not THAT obese thou).
I want to burn this sh.it totally and I just dream about doing lean mass now, but this belly is a never ending story..how can I properly lose this, so it's going to be flat?
Right now I am on 1600kcal, doing a workout 4x week(strentght/legs/pull/push) + 3-4x intervals.

Take what you started with, subtract whatever is left over. That's how much you're eating.
Very little. With a nonstick pan you only need less than half a tablespoon, though I'd prefer cast iron or steel to get a good sear on the meat. That's like 60 calories, though. Considering that half probably stays in the pan, you're probably consuming only about 30-50 calories by doing this. If you're really anal about it, you could just pat them with paper towels.

some sit down, some have very bent elbows, some tilt pinky up, some tilt thumb up, some to them looking like a T, some do them looking like a lying U, some do them backwards (looks more like chest too me).

The backwards variation focuses more on the rear head than the lateral head- that's why you see them sometimes.
