My gym has this thing where you can do three different kinds of pull ups. Should I do each one of them once to failure? Or focus on one. The "regular" one, maybe? I dunno, piggybacking on your question.

Gonna start working out in an actual gym soon. So far I've just been doing bodyweight exercises at home and counting calories for past few months. Haven't been super serious/strict about it, but I've gotten some results.
Anyways, going to the gym: do I need a gym buddy? What purpose does one serve? Why do I need one? I'm just a betafag that doesn't have any friends. I prefer as little interaction as possible. I don't plan on getting /that/ much muscle, goal body is somewhere in the twunk range.

No you don't need a gym buddy. people that go to the gym in groups are annoying. No one thinks your weird for going alone. That's just my preference though. I'm sure having someone there to encourages people. I just Really like the time to myself and focusing on my shit
Hello.. I am wondering how to not be so sore after my workouts? Despite stretching before and after, I get so sore that for like a week afterwards that I can hardly sleep. Thanks

I love lifting weights but hate doing abs. Is the ab roller enough for me to have nice sculpted abs or what other exercise do I need to supplement my routine?
