Hey /fit/ I'm going to have access to a big swimming pool this summer and I'd like to get into a swim exercise routine. Do any of you guys swim and if so what do you do in the pool?

You can do a variety of strokes based on the intensity of cardio you want to do.
-Breaststroke (Long distances, less intense)
-Frontcrawl/butterfly, if you know how, (For sprints.)
Another great addition is doing resistance training with a flutterboard in front of you to build up your power. Most pools have clocks that you can use to time yourself while doing sprints, google flip turns to help reduce your times too. (If you're in a 25 meter pool, but by big I would assume you mean a 50 m Olympic sized pool.
Front crawl/Butterfly sounds like something I can do in between doing breastroke. Used to do cross country running in school with sprints so this sounds like a swimming equivalent.

Thats not a little stubborn fat, thats 20% +. Cut to 10% bf, where you can see all your abs.
You build muscle more efficiently under 15%, so cut to 10%, bulk to 15% rinse and repeat.

Hey /fit/, I've been lifting for about 8 months now, and when I first started, for about 2-3 weeks I was sore because my body was adjusting and DOMS was setting in, but then I rarely ever got sore afterwards on a 3 day/week regime of lifting. But most of the guys I know that I box with and go to Uni with are always complaining about being sore after hitting legs they day before, or something the like. Is it normal to be constantly sore after workouts? Or are they just lying about being sore/going to the gym?
Is that really true though? I hit legs every week as part of a 3 day split and I still get sore. Granted I'm either increasing reps or increasing weight each session. And I also don't do enough stretching afterwards.

If I ever am craving sweets I just eat that and you can easily fit 250 calories in.

There was actually an expose about these low calorie desserts (arctic zero was another tested) and found they were off about the calorie counts by much as 40%. Still healthier than reg ice cream, but not a miracle food by any means.
Yeah in general one should be skeptical about miracle foods that promise all the taste and half the calories.
Anyway you're cutting, just have the balls to cut out ice cream for a little while.
