After seeing the 5x5 meme pretty much everyday I decided to do it earlier, biggest waste of a gym session ever. I didn't even break a sweat, no muscle fatigue. I ended up doing 9 reps instead of 5 to make it harder. Why do people do 5x5?
Is 160lbs for a 5'11" male bad? I went from being overweight (250lbs) to 150 and in the past few months I've gained almost ten pounds back. Should I try and lose the weight again or just try not to gain anymore?
160 is perfectly fine for 5'11. Would you mind posting pictures of your body, OP? I'm 6 ft, 235ish right now but I started at 250 and am trying to reach 160-180 pounds. Just want to see what I can expect to look like.

i dislocated my shit once after thinking i could do a handstand.
Few days later, i was stretching and my shoulder literally popped into some position. Felt very natural and good, almost like cracking my back.

I've recently been working on broadening up my shoulders, I am a 22 year old, 6'3 Male that weighs ~200 pounds, usually going between 195-200. I can safely assume that I am slightly stronger than your average man. What do you propose would be the best exercises, as far as reps, weight, or other workouts for broadening shoulder width?
What appetite stimulants do you recommend besides degenerate marijuana?
