Depending on what you do, you will develop some muscles more than others. Be careful with your back and make sure you lift with your legs and engage your core. stay hydrated. your chest will probably get neglected. Eat a lot.

If done without DNP, you've lost mostly water.
When your cutting PROPERLY your scale weight should really bump up and down constantly, trending downwards overtime.....if it's a STRAIGHT drop downwards, that's water weight.
To give you an example, when I start cutting, my scale weight goes up and down, even in the first week. I don't get any dramatic 5-10lbs loss in the first week. I trend downwards zig-zagging up and down from the very first week.

Homemade burgers aren't TERRIBLE for you assuming you mix lean and non-lean meat so it isn't a greaseball but non homemade burgers get the reputation because the patties are all fat, little protein, and ridiculous calories for the macros.

I lost a shitton of weight without lifting. Then started lifting semi serious. Now i lift serious since like 11 months. After my cut, i had really wide hips and a small upper body. That made me pretty insecure. Now everyone tells me that i look like i lift and have wide shoulders and my hips arent childbearing anymore. I still see it that way, so i thought id ask the internet. Do i have wide hips and do i look like i lift already? Still pretty high bf tho...
How does one achieve/keep it in check?
I never got why people like candy and cakes so much. I see a cake or some candy and I have zero cravings for it and I have to force myself to eat it because it would be the polite thing to do (work lunch).
I lost 50 pounds and am having troubles keeping it off. It's been a month since I stopped dieting, and I'm trying to eat at maintenance.
Problem is I already gained back 15 lbs (I'm hoping most of it is water weight). I definitely feel chubbier now than I did a month ago.
Any tips to keep the weight off? I've been eating close to 2,000 calories a day (6 foot male, 175 lbs).

What does weed do to gains?
Not a whole lot but it makes your central nervous system less responsive, essentially making you less strong even days after smoking. It also makes you lazy which isn't good either.
