Somebody started a thread yesterday about first responder fitness and I was curious how many of us are actually on this board. 5 years in the Canadian Forces as a Combat Engineer currently master corporal and the last 2 years I've been a Medic out of southern Ontario.

The only gain you may obtain is the perception of vanity of what you have done. It is indeed beneficial, but there are better ways to see that.

I've lost about 100 lbs in 3 months but now my skin on abs and arms is too much, how do I get rid of it?

Either that or roid to high fucking heavens and fill it out with muscle mass.
If you're talking the amount of skin like the pic you posted, then yeah - surgery isi probably the only way.
If it's just a little loose skin, then staying at a low BF percentage, and staying hydrated for a couple years should help it tighten up. Also maybe try some Palmer's Cocoa Firming butter lotion.

If I'm eating 600 calories a day and running for 15 minutes a day at 5'7" and 160 lb how many pounds should I be burning per week?
increase both your cardio time and daily calories, 600 a day is unhealthy
you'll feel like trash and your body will probably cannibalize a lot of muscle
1500 cals a day with atleast half an hour of cardio a day would be better
