So /fit/, How much did you grow from when you were 16?
I went from 177 to 179 cm
when I measured myself in 9th grade in gym class I was 5'11" (may have been a bad measurement tho)
I'm 5'10" now
or is it broscience? I seem some of you dudes talking about having 200 grams - 300 grams of carbs per day and I just don't fucking know how. If I have more than 150, I feel bloated as fuck all day and it's uncomfortable as fuck.

I'm new to lifting and how do you guys deal with this shit? Calluses is ruining my fap time.
I just ate a burger and some fries on a cut around 1500 calories, but the problem is that i've only got 50 protein out of that, and i have no calories left, What do /fit/?

i go to gym for like 4 hours a week. eat mostly healthy like a coke and maybe a donut a week
walk for half an hour a day atleast. am i gon loose weight

1st incline dumbell chest press
2nd dumbbell shoulder press
3rd cable bicep curls
hate pretty much everything else but absolutely loath squats, only reason I do them is so I won't have chicken legs and people on /fit/ don't call me a pussy when I post my squat stats
What are some signs that someone isn't natty? What do I look for?

Bike tour thread.
I am planing on doing a 200km road trip with my bike.
I am driving my bike every day but usually don't go further than 40km.
So I am concerned with with water and food.
Should I eat anything at all, or just fruits?
With the water I am taking about 3L of water, 1L of fruit juice, BCAA and some Boosters (in case I get tired)
Any other "too good to be true" foods that are actually good?
Diet pop and other zero calorie drinks area given.
its not good but.
water icecream is actually pretty low on cals as a snack. a pretty decent sized water icecream is 60 cals.
i have one after dinner almost everyday even if i am cutting, it helps the cravings and i am still below 1400 cals every day.

i have 5 different spice mixes i use for my chicken breast, i literally never get tired of it. and even if i do il just get a new mix that will taste differently.
