Been doing tousands of crunches in past months; never was fat, was doing cardio in the past... my muscles are tight as a chord, sometimes they strain. However, some fat bitches that asked for my ab pics called me ''fat''; told me that i got ''beer belly''.
I think i am pretty done with muscles,now i need cutting and toning. Already eating like ~800-1000 calories a day for past few days, trying to get dehydrated to make skin thinner. Anything else i need to look out for?

At least in the winter you can stay toasty at home, and if you're cold when having to go out you can just put on a heavier coat or something.
Plus, warming yourself up with exercise feels great.

A/c only works if you're indoors, every time you're outside it's like you're stepping into hell, and exercising makes you feel like shit.

I didn't lift for 3 weeks a while back, and it set me back 4 weeks worth of progress --As in take where you are at now and subtract the last 4 weeks of progress you've made. But thats just me
