What stretches do you do before/after a workout?

Has lifting helped you get non-Asian girls? More Tinder success?
I can't get proper erections. like solid and thick. blood pumping. but when I do, it is amazing.

redpill me on corsets
do they protect better then weight belts?
I've been working out for a few months and I'm progressing nicely with my compound lifts.
I do notice I have difficulty with keeping my core braced sometimes during the compound lifts.
And in a few months I'm planning to start a cut as well. I know compounds train the core too, but I was wondering what kind of exercises /fit/ does for the core and if you've noticed results over time.
Currently I am doing a few sets with the ab-roller every week.
So, what do you all do?

Guys, I'm fucking starving.
But why is fast food so fucking expensive?
Seriously, the least expensive menu Pizzahut offers is like 16 euros.
Why can't food be cheap? I'm a poorfuck and only weigh 120lbs.
Learn to cook faggot. You can make a pizza for like 4 bucks and a healthy meal for less. I bought 6 chicken legs, a kilo of rice, some mushrooms, onions, garlic and carrots on sale, deboned and marinated the chicken so i can pan cook it whenever i want, made chicken stock using the bones, used half the stock to make a bomb-ass risotto with mushrooms and garlic and the other half for some chicken and noodles soup. I'm gonna eat atleast 3 days with like 10€ worth of ingredients.
