The best way to warm up is to first do your one rep max. This way your body is used to heavier load and when you do your 5 rep maxes; the weight won't seem too heavy. Eventually after the one rep max; you'll decrease to 3 rep max, then finally do your 5 rep max.
Sup /fit/, I'm starting GOMAD today. I can easily drink a quart (1/4 gallon) at a time. I'm a bit concerned about diarrhea cause I've had anal volcanoes happen when I upped to 1/2 gallon. Does diarrhea mean that I'm not getting the nutrients? Should I switch to 1/2 GOMAD if that doesn't work or should I endure the milky geyser?
Intend to bulk to 185 for the summer and cut with DNP in the winter.

it's effective but given i had 6in of height on you that implies my bf was also much lower to start with
im skeptical a gallon is necessary at all really. even in my case. i started back up last week (im totally untrained) and am experimenting with less cals and protein in to see how it affects the beginner's gains this time around
for perspective last time I went from 60/80/100 bench squat deadlift to 200/250/300 in around 3 months.

Furthermore, your childhood behavior is unlikely to predict this kind of mental illness. How old are you? If you're past your early 20s and haven't had a psychotic episode, you're likely in good shape.
3g carb "egg toast" (More like french toast) Extremely easy to make and more a product of molecular gastronomy than actual ingredients.
1 tbsp chili powder
1 tbsp vinegar
Put all ingredients into blender and blend on highest setting until completely mixed and liquified. Should rise 1-2 inches. Immediately pour into a square-shaped microwave safe dish with a high top and microwave uncovered 12 minutes. Allow two minutes to set. Top and bottom should become hard and crust-like (Bread-like consistency.) Heat distribution causes it to marble. There will be a hole in the center which is inevitable with anything you microwave (Microwaves heat things from the inside I guess) Still pretty incredible.
Serve with Kerrygold or another high quality butter.
Macros- Well it's a dozen eggs, so you're getting a shit ton of animal protein, no carbs, choline and all that other shit that helps you build muscle.
Anyone started to go gray relatively young? I'm 24 and I noticed about 10 gray hairs sporadically around my head. Not all that worried about it since otherwise I'm in great health. Just curious if/when anyone else noticed.
