He adds in higher doses, GH, Slin etc... eventually he finds himself in his 40's and he has an Obscene amount of muscle in relation to his frame, and a face that looks like Darkseid.
Has he crossed into Incel land? If not, and he still can manage to get a gf or a waifu......

cut out REFINED carbs and sugars, these spike insulin and make sure you get 8-9 hours of sleep to prevent a rise in cortisol.

How do I achieve his skull gains?
Hey guys I've been lifting for about 2 months now. I want to try a pre workout to get get some more energy and what not. At this time I'm only taking whey and a multi-vitamin occasionally. I'm torn between The Curse by Cobra Labs and Optimum Nutrition's Gold Standard pre workout. Do any of you guys have any experience with these as far as which one works better and which one tastes better? Any other suggestions would be cool too.

If someone can't do a single push-up, what is a good exercise to get stronger so they can do one?
In terms of Posture, is it possible to get that scapula adduction to be a permanent thing? For example during hte pencil test. Is there a way to have your resting position be where the pencils are pointing directly forward? Or will your shoulders always medially rotate? I am trying to fix the shoulder issues and I am just wondering if obtaining the perfect humeral head in the shoulder girdle is even possible to maintain. Thanks

How do you go about tanning? Outdoors or tanning booths? Any tips? Advice on getting spooky ghosts to get that golden glow?
I like a light complexion, but I hate being uneven with tanned limbs and a pale body. It's weird cause I always wear long sleeves so idk how this happens. Think I might try outdoor tanning for evenness but idk.
