There is something I cant figure out. Lets say I run a 4 week steroid cycle of Winstrol. Do I really need PCT? Will I lose all the gains if I dont use PCT?

How much longer are you gona spend lifting doing high frequency low volume routines making no gains passed the first 6-18 months?

Got a cold for the first time in over a year. Not sure if I should just stay at home and do calisthenics/aerobics for the day, or still head out but risk passing the cold to others, or just do fuck all for the day and just let my body kill the cold virus faster.

I want to be redpilled on building muscle. I don't want to get too big, but I want to get pretty toned without worrying too much about all those things we're tricked into doing by jews like counting calories. I don't exercise much (or at all) because I have a social anxiety disorder and I'm unable to leave my house.
