Is the gym just a Jew trick to take your money when you can achieve the same thing for free by just going outside to run and haul rocks?
Lifting weights in the gym is literally the most convenient way to get into shape. Every other way possible way is ridiculously inconvenient.
Lifting is literally cheating at life, I'm surprised more people don't do it.
What do you eat when you're not hungry, but just want something to tickle your tastebuds? Particularly low calorie foods.
How does one go about achieving this V? I've seen plenty of ripped people without it so I was wondering if it's down to genetics at this point.
