How do you manage fit protein in your diet? I see people here recommending 1g per lbs, so for 80kg it's about 170g of protein every day.
2 scoops of protein power = 40g
2 chicken breast = 90g
5 egg whites = 15g
So that's the main bulk. What veggies are good for protein?

almost none, you'd have to it a lot of them to get a decent amount in any case
you could still try milk or other dairy products (cottage cheese has high protein, very few carbs and is low in fat) or something like peanut butter
So I've recently done 3 weeks of weighted ring pullups - now on my deload week. My rep max was ~13 with bodyweight before going into weighted and I've been doing 3x5 with +20 throughout the 3 weeks (looking to adapt to this weight well before moving up).
I guess what I'm wondering is:
1. Is 3x5 enough volume along with a second day where I'm doing 3x8 dumbbell rows?
2. How should one progress weighted pullups? I've been reading about folks doing ladders, using a similar approach to barbells by adding small increments.

HI, I'm kinda bulking, but I dont know what to cook to bring at work.
Cause everyday of cold rice and cold meat (or fish) is not really tasty.

Here's what I do:
1) Cook a big meal on sunday
2) Store into single or double portions
3) Import this shelf of food into the community fridge (it's nice that only like 8 or us share it, and only half use it)
4) Place the portions onto the plates/bowls I brought in from home
5) Reheat in microwave (as necessary, some stuff is great cold!)
6) Eat. Do dishes before lunch is over
