Do you guys have any resources I can use to learn how to cook? I fuck up even the simplest tasks like grilling chicken breast or frying eggs.
How do you fuck up cooking unless you've walked away from it? If you really don't know how just go watch some cooking videos on YouTube or something and try to follow them. They should tell you exactly what you need to do including stove/oven time.
Yo bicepbruh here after a long period of depression/mania/etc...

Who else /doing whatever it takes here/
I'm at 343 right no (only 6 feet tall), and I'm going to cut this shoulder every day as a reminder to lose some fucking weight.
Whatever, I'd be at peace with myself just knowing that I am not fat, besides this is more desperation than autism. Like, Ive been going to the gym for a year, I've tried the non retarded methods. I got mad gains and can lift more than like 3/4 of /fit/ but that doesn't fucking mean anything because I look and feel like shit because I'm a terrible person who won't eat less.
Comment too long. Click here to view the full text.
/fit/, let's talk lifting routines and progress.
Which routines do you do, and when?
I've been dicking around way too much in the gym without any real progression. I have no idea if I should choose beginner or intermediate routines.
Can anyone provide some information here? I don't know where to start.
I did SS as a beginner. Started from weak and skinnyfat and ended up relatively big and lifting:
Then I went on the Texas Method and so far I'm at:
i literally cannot bend over and have a straight back unless i am on my knees
should i just use a machine? these hurt in places they shouldn't.
i do not look like this. my back is very curved and my lower back is rounded.
i have very shit posture.
so should i use a machine or what
How do I vegan bulk?
Im no vegan, but I did play around on MyPlate and see if I could make something work. It wasnt as hard as people make it out to be. I was "eating" peanut butter and banana sandwiches, pancakes, vegan sausage, tofu kung pao, lentil and carrot "stew", hemp protein powder, nuts, berries, coconut milk. Shit it was up to like 3.5k calories. Protein is hard to get up but playing around there it was at like 190 grams. Would be expensive as fuck to buy all that shit I imagine though.
Seriously. My goal is 3500kcal for a clean bulk.
But half of these calories are nuts and peanut butter, and I just can't anymore guys. I can't.
It's 10AM where I live, and I haven't eaten jack shit.
I've used Animal Cuts like four years ago, and now when my fat is back on planning to start a new two cycles.
I'm aware that the product is good with a diet and all that and I will post each day new results and reviews.
Any of you have used it, tried it and how did you used it?
