Just started losing weight seriously, down 15 pounds since april. Currently eating at a 750 calorie deficit, weight loss is 2.5 lbs a week. Currently lifting 3 days a week, cardio the 3 other days.
Will I get better results lifting 6 days a week and doing cardio every once in a while? Or is cardio 6 days a week better? I like running.

they main thing holding me back from working out is how boring it is. I need to keep my mind entertained. Music is just not enough.
I've been working out for 14 months. I ran for a while, just walk and run the stairs now. I switch it up, Ive lifted for weight and reps, but no matter what I do I can't bulk any more than this, and struggle to shave anymore fat off. 17, 6'2, 190. I can't progress, it's killing me.

Do genetics seriously have nothing to do with weight gains? Because I dont understand how. This is how big I want to get, so basically skinny but with biceps sticking out slightly.
