Hi lads. Been doing some front squats and push jerks can I be a cool weightlifter now?
Also if I was going to do a clean and press should I clean with a normal clean grip or my press grip?
is 6x3 @65kg snatches good for the second time you're doing them, even if you're a big boy like me (117kg)?
Had to press them to lockout quite a lot of times due to missed timing, how to improve this?

Jesus Christ I want to die so badly, but I promised my family I wouldn't commit suicide because it would destroy them emotionally. So now I'm stuck living, but the only things I have to make life magically more tolerable are alcohol and food. The soonest psychiatrist appointment I could get is in mid August. I think it's a mix of fat disposition from genetics and how much you actually work out your abs coupled with how low your BF is.

Abs aren't made in the kitchen, they're revealed through low bodyfat.
It's also not logic, it's a saying meant to emphasize that people train too much and work on diet too little.
