My 15 year old little brother has never eaten fruit or vegetables in his entire life. His diet consists solely of meat, dairy and carbs. He's a skinny underachiever. He has an IQ of 141 but he has absolutely no energy or will to do anything at all with his life. He performs poorly in school and all he does is read and draw and play games. I don't really care what he does with his life because whatever he chooses to do I know that he's going to become the best at it. But can he really live on this diet?

Yo, /fit/, I have been lifting for 1.5 years, and I have a confession. What gets me motivated? What is the voice that says "one more?" It may be cringy, but its motherfuckin ROCK LEE. No matter what, every time I lift I hear this fucker cheer me on about training and perseverance. And the fucker is natty as can be.

You shouldn't base your life around lifting, lifting is simply a pass time. If you have a choice between hanging with your mates or going for a workout you should always hang with your mates etc. It doesn't matter if you miss a workout or miss 2 workouts etc. Unless you are a proper fatty lifting is just a hobby. Don't waste your life lifting thinking it will give you a better life as its odds on that it won't
