if you're paranoid about them then don't deadlift heavy and remove power cleans and replace them with lighter pulling variants or variants where you don't hold the weight in your hands, such as good mornings or GHR

I read they tested rucking vs running in troops of soldiers and found that the ruckers were fitter for running than those who ran!
My question is, how much weight is safe to carry on your back? Anyone have much experience with this?

So here lately I've been wanting to go a this gym down the street but it's a scary thought. I feel like when I walk into those doors there will be so much going on a it will be overwhelming. I no clue where to even start.

Anyone bought Lyle McDonald's Rapid Fat Loss Diet? Is it worth it? Will the results be significantly better compared to simply eating 1000 calories deficit and 2,5g/kg (1,2g/lbs) protein?
