Does anyone take supplements for phlegm? I have horrible phlegm everyday, and I drink a fuck ton of water. I've had it for years and it requires me to clear my throat multiple times a day. I've tried numerous things and the only thing that works is claritin, but that shit costs a lot.
I was just wondering if anyone knew a supp/pill to take that would help eliminate it or even lessen the severity of it?

Roasted brussel sprouts and roasted sweet potato are two of my favorites. Just great flavor to em. Brussels end up tasting like grilled shrimp with some salt and pepper.
I also like to steam a bag of carrots, puree them in a food processor with some dates, add cinnamon and a clove or two, and top with pecans. Tastes like pie filling.
Anything else I eat for nutrition purposes moreso than taste purposes.
Produce kale and spinach.
I like ripping into bite-sized pieces and tossing into a big bowl, sprinkling a bunch of hot sauce, and throwing eggs-over-easy atop (then breaking yolks) the veggies.
Mother fucking dinner of the gods.
For snacking, few things beat raw juicing carrots. A 10-lb bag costs like $9 and the entire thing is just under 1,400 calories. Good luck eating enough to go over your calories for the day.

Yes these things can fuck up gains.
I've been asthmatic for 28 years.
When I was on the harder asthma medication it gave me side effects such as fat storage moving to face and gut. Cortisolsteroids do that for some reason. Since coming off them the fat in my face and excessive storage of fat around my gut all dissipated, without any fatloss. Fucking crazy how the drugs effect fat storage placement like that,

I'm prescribed seroquel XR for hallucinations (not schizophrenia in nature) and I've learned that most psych meds make it very difficult to lose fat. unfortunately, mine also makes me feel unsatisfied unless i consume around 1000 calories per meal ;-;

After 3 sets of 5x pullups my arms feel numb and I can barely manage to lift a 1l water bottle.

Snatching today, felt a nice deep crunchy crackly pop in my neck on the catch. Some pain, not too severe. Was able to complete the lift. Dull pain with some flaring when I rotate my head or lower it.
