Assuming that you have no lifting experience start doing Stronglifts 5x5. Calculate your TDEE (google for a calculator), then eat at a 200-300 Cal surplus, trying to get 120g of protein every day.

If I weigh out raw and for example the raw weight equals to 80g protein ....But when I weigh again cooked and get a lower protien figure that means it was pumped with extra water to increase its raw weight? But if I get matching protien amounts, that my chicken is legit?

How much does your local gym cost?
My local Gym costs $275 a year, honestly don't know if this is a good deal or not, but $275 seems like alot for a rural town of 1-2,000 people.
I pathetically only have 20lbs dumbbells but It would be cheaper (around $150-$200) for me to buy the supplies and synthesize some test e, I would probably make some decent gains aswell, I mean I don't really wanna take roids but It is cheaper.
That's a pretty good deal. My gym runs me 456 a year (the average person pays 600) but I never have to wait for a squat rack, machine, and they have 2-3 sets of dumbells of the same weight so you don't have to wait either.
I don't know what your gym is like but I'd say 456 is a good price for what I get.

I'm a little new, and I could use some advice on progression. If I was doing 5 reps of a workout and only was able to do 4 complete ones, would I still progress to a heavier weight, would I stay the same, or deload? Sorry for the dumb question. Also any tips on progression?

I use to spend a lot of time beacuse of my job but i work at home and i hang from a pullup bar every 15m, but in your case as long as you do some kind of demanding physical activity i guess you shouldn't worry that much, the less you spend sitting the better, also keep a good posture, that can be also very bad for your health
