I've been told that the bar isn't balanced when I bench, have an arm stronger than the other due to fapping 6 times a day probably, the weaker arm lifts struggles and lifts slower.
Is that a common issue with most lifters?
Would it be a good idea to use one of these with only the weaker arm?

I always get a bump off the rack. I'm not a powerlifter, but I find it far easier to maintain tightness in my back and keep my scapula retracted if I don't have to reach up and out and unrack the bar.
No, that's cool bro, I'd rather expend a ton of energy to lift the bar off the clip at a weird angle, rather than on the bench press form. I didn't want my gains anyway.

AFAIK, the only measured effect of any nutrition scheduling is slight brain function benefits to intermittent fasting, and that wasn't in the context of exercise science or even regarding necessarily athletic subjects.

What's a good schema for cardio? I lift Monday, Wednesday and Friday, can I do cardio the rest days incluiding weekend without significantly affecting muh gainz or do I have to stop lifting and eat less in order to lose weight and do cardio?
