Hey /fit/, been doing SS from some time now (5-6 months). I feel like it is not helping my aesthetics. What routine do you recomend now?
Keep in mind i am using a home gym, which only have the stuff SS uses (bench, rack, barbell)
Can do dips and pull ups tho.
Seriously I've been trying the last 6-7 month to fix my rolled over shoulders and my forward head posture without any luck.
I havn't worked out my chest in over a half year and I've been doing all kindz of stretches and back exercises but still no results.
How do I fix this shit?
You probably spent most of your life sitting badly and fucking up your posture, you think you can change that in a few months?
Also try having a good posture all day, not just stretching for like 15 mins.
I broke my foot a year ago and never went to the doctor. It healed but my food has never felt the same. I have to walk on the side of it and whenever I straighten it parallel to my other foot, it starts to hurt badly. Is surgery the only way I can fixed this messed up foot?

Hey /fit/ while I was seasoning my ground beef today to cook it, out of the blue I had a primal urge to just stuff my face with the bright red looking ground beef. At first I had a bit of the raw beef and then I ended up eating the whole 1 1/2 pound. Anyone else done this? Just eat meat raw?

TOday was my first day at the gym and I can't fucking bear the pain on my muscles, specially on my arms and biceps.
how do I decrease it?, god damn, I can't even fall sleep.
Yeah, it'll hurt like a bitch at first, but eventually your muscles will become more efficient and you'll feel less pain as you workout, usually it gets better after a week or so. Drink water, breathe, stretch, and eat food. Cardio and not drinking caffeine help with sleep.
Eventually you'll crave that aching feeling and you might not be able to acquire it.

The fuck did you do? Be specific. Age? Sex? Height? Weight? Weights lifted? Sets? Reps?
Did you eat before you went? Did you get enough protein and other macros? Did you remember to eat your potassium so the DOMS won't fuck you over tomorrow morning? If not, you'd better start deep throating bananas or potat ASAP.

So hello /fit/, I've been a little overweight esthetically wise for all my life and I can't fucking stand it anymore. I've always been fighting it, but to no avail.
I'm actually 25 and weighting 83 kg for 187 cm (BMI 23.7). I've tried different routine (lifting and cardio) many times for 6 to 8 months at a time but with no result (in term of performance, weight loss or esthetically), the last time with the help of a heart rate monitor. I'm fairly healthy clinically wise if I ignore my depression (I'm under treatment but that doesn't seems to affect my weight). I love sport, mostly racquets ones, trekking, basket ball, climbing, etc.
A typical day (I only drink water, mostly white meat and fish)
Morning: 50 g of bread, 30 g of black chocolate (85% cacao), 1 yogurt
Midday: 100 g of pasta, 1 piece of meat
Evening: 150 g of vegetables, 1 piece of meat, 1 fruit
I don't know what to do to lose weight. I've seen may specialists (endocrinologist, nutritionist, sport doctor, etc) and they haven't found anything wrong, but they found what to do to help me lose weight (but they didn't really care because I was pretty healthy). I've only lost weight once, a year and a half ago, 8 kg in 4 weeks, with no apparent reason, I've tried since to recreate the same conditions but failed to lose any weight.
What can I do to lose weight ? I'm pretty desperate about it and open to any advice you could give me.
