Is there any real reason I shouldn't replace the bench press with weighted dips?
As long as you do some incline work it couldn't be that bad despite this being a b8 thread, dips have helped me increase my bench quite a bit. Mark Bell said in a video a while back that he took a break from bench for a bit and was doing weighted dips and when he came back he hit a PR but I'm not sure where that was.
