No squat or diddly area in my gym, so I just use various machines to supplement.
I've been eating a 300kcal surplus, but cheated on weekends.
Planning on cutting for a month to lose some fat, guessing I put on 8-10lbs of lean mass and 5-6lbs of fat.

Bench: 95 to 205
OHP: 45 to 140
Deadlift: 185 to 375 to 315
Started with CICO in October, have been cycling PSMFs since January.
I had no idea that losing weight this quickly would so brutally fuck up my squat and dead-lift form.
Going to give it 6 more weeks, then start a painstakingly slow bulk.

Hey /fit/, I was wondering if there were any ways to burn chest fat quickly. My chest is kinda like it is in the pic, and it's pretty much the only thing I'm self conscious about. I'm aware it goes away naturally, but if there was any way to get rid of it quicker, I would really appreciate it.

So I'm taking this potent antiinflammatory drug similar to cortisone, 25 mg a day for 30 days, I'm halfway to finish the terapy.
One of the side effects is catabolic activity, I asked my GP and he said the dose and the timeframe are not compatible with this side effects, but I'm worried to lose mass anyway.
