Aspartame is one of the sugar substitutes that gets metabolized, but i doubt it would affect your fasting since the energy/calories are negligible.
Phenylalanine has been linked to some mild hunger suppression, so it might help you a bit with fasting.
Just don't go crazy with diet coke and you'll be fine.

there is no real limit to how developed your back should be. Well developed backs are imo the most aesthetic part of any physique. Just remember to do your barbell rows and deadlifts to develop your erectors, rhomboids, and traps which give you that "thick" look.

I've been reading a lot about brown fat vs white fat. That you can lose weight by being in cold (59'F or 15'C) for extended periods of time, or by taking near freezing cold showers everyday.
