I have started eating only eggs for breakfast and literally cutting out most junk from my diet, and trying to count my calories, and its going great.past two weeks i have lost 3lbs. A bunch of people on lolreddit said weight loss isn't going to be that steady/ill hit pleateaus/itll randomly stop/etc.
I'm counting calories like a hawk so I am well within my deficit range. I also walk 5 miles every day. Once I get some running shoes I'll work my way into running. Along with weight lifting once I get a bench/rack.

I consider suicide on a daily basis, but I have no real problems. It's just a weak mind combined with depression, which is hardly a real illness. I know I have no legitimate problems, but I still hate myself and want to die. It truly is pathetic.

Recently someone on /fit/ said i should do smith machine squats because its safe for lower back (lumbar degenerative disc disease here). I started looking for some information on the internet and half of the articles says it will destroy you lower back and other half says it's good for lower back. Can anyone tell me how it is really? I can't just go and try it out even with pussy weight because last time i did it with regular squats it triggered my spine and it took 8 fucking months for the pain to go away. Im not dealing with this shit ever again.
