Anyone know what this is? It's a very tiny purple lego looking gummy. I'm an alcholic and have severe panic attacks without alcohol. My buddy gave me this and he has a lot of them. He said to cut it in 4ths, then cut a 4th in half and eat 1/8th of the square. Within minutes all my symptoms are gone and I'm in a great mood. I tried 1/4th and it almost knocked me out in the middle of the day while running around work. He says it's Xanax, but I can't find anything like this anywhere on the internet. Like there is nothing written about these gummies. What is it?

Everytime i front squat my wrists hurt like shit, even when im only lifting 30kg. Any tips to fix that?
Tried different forms, but nothing seems to work
Elbows up, and you got to get the proper finger placement. Personally I use the 2 fingers and a thumb approach, you need to find the place on your finger that takes all the load off your wrist. Also, stretch wrists before lifting. Mastering the front squat taked time, goodluck.
How necessary are back squats if one does front squats coupled with deadlifts, and GHR/back extensions to hit the posterior chain?

Hiya /fit/ I'm going to build a squat rack today. Any good designs you have seen? Ease of assembly and not leading to my death would be ideal.
Seems like a problem with those would be that there's not enough weight on the bottom.
I have pic related and they're hard to tip over if you have weight loaded on the bottom (they'll wobble a bit but not tip over... hasn't been an issue.)
