if i want to look like sandow, does that mean i don't have todo a lot of chest?
can i just skip bench and only go hard on shoulders and back?
they didn't have benching back then and that is my goal physique, and i hate benching. love working back
tl;dr: what would happen if one quit working chest but continued to work the muscles around it
Kinobody looks better than him.
Seems silly to think the first dude to try half-natty bb would have the best jennetix for it.
But then you probably look like shit and have that crab in a bucket mentality.
But this place isnt about sadcunts like you.
It is about sick cunts like sandow, zyzz, and everyone else who is gonna make it (we're all gonna make it brah)
So ignore the sadcunts, op
Be the sickest cunt you can.
And do all the overhead pressing.
Breakfast: usually nothing, otherwise 3 eggs and plain toast
Snack: apple and veggies, coffee
Lunch: Quinoa with chicken breast or sandwiches (no mayo or cheese)
Salad with light Wafu dressing or homemade dijon vinaigrette
Pre workout: whey protein and water
Dinner: varies every day, usually under 500cal
in a day im always around 2000cals, sometimes around 2300
veggies, rice, eggs
potatoes, fish/chicken/beef, lentils, veggies
then I just snack on nuts and veggies for the rest of the day
2800-3300kcal per day (more on days where I workout because of appetite)
So my neurologist says that my wrists are so thin that even a moderate amount of inflammation (I play alot of video games because ugly khv, broke af, etc) would be enough to cause pain because there's just not enough volume to compensate.
He suggested I get fat, half-jokingly. (I'm 5'7'' 145lbs btw)
Would this work, though? If I gained some weight and started lifting weights again could I potentially add some inches in my forearm region so that there's more room for my shit to run through without running into one another causing nerve...
Comment too long. Click here to view the full text.
What does the width of your wrists have to do with the pain you'd get from videogames?
Carpal tunnel is caused by tendon inflammation, even if you bulked on weight it would make zero difference.
He was making a comment in jest, don't take it seriously.
It's Latsbrah(The Golden One) natty?.
Honestly I like the guy and believe in a lo tof what he says. Especially how Islam and mass immigration (aka: invasion) from non-white countries are destroying us in the West but I'd have to say .... Maybe.
White pride is great workout motivation
>be at uni gym
>some oil prince studying to be a doctor with his posse of Ahmed and Mohammad swagger in
>get pissed off and lift harder
Rate my meal boys
>bbq rub btw
guys this is just so crazy
I fucking hate you dude. You are literally the cancer killing this board. and to top it off you look like such a flaming faggot
I made a bet with a friend that I could increase my bench press from 245 to 265 in 3 months at 190 lbs bodyweight. Also part of the bet is that I can grow my arms more than 2cm in those same 3 months (38-40). I was planning on doing a lot of arm volume for the next month and a half and then running smolov jr for the last month. Any thoughts/ tips on what I should do to win the bet? Also general arm training/ advice thread I guess.
I was planning on putting on at least 5 lbs over Smolov (probably more) but I'm rather worried I wont be able to sustain enough arm volume during the program, especially my biceps which are lagging terribly
So I've fucked up and wasted the last 4-5 months without sticking with a routine or program. I've made minimal gains and am going to start counting calories.
My question is: Is it too late to try Starting Strength? Did I fuck up too badly and miss all my beginner gains? I'm nearly 23 now
>don't use them anon, they'll fuck your teeth up!
>they're fine anon, they work wonders for me!
Can we get a fucking proper answer on this for once? Whitening strips, are they safe to use?
I'm sick of a having yellowish teeth despite doing everything I am supposed to.
they definitely work but they have been known to cause sensitivity in the teeth and burning on the gums.
it depends on the person so i guess you don't get a straight answer until you try.
Does hand-eye coordination have a lot do with physical strength? That is to say, can you be clumsy and still be strong? I'm a big girl (not fat/chubby, just curvy and quite tall) and I'm relatively pretty heavy so I suppose I have quite a bit of muscle mass. People often tell me I'm strong but I'm also very clumsy.
Does it make sense that I'm very clumsy but also pretty strong at the same time?
How do you structure a lifting program around a very physically demanding job?
I'm thinking of doing something like this but wondering if it's enough
Press 3 x 5
Squats 3 x 5
Bench Press 3 x 5
Deadlift 1 x 5
Workouts would alternate every saturday as I'm far too exhausted to train during the week
I did an experiment with my biceps, what do you think ?
size was 32-29.5 cm now both 33.5
reps was 5 x 8kg now 4 x 18kg (i managed only once to do 3 reps with 20 kg now i can do only one not wure why)
>reps was 5 x 8kg now 4 x 18kg (i managed only once to do 3 reps with 20 kg now i can do only one not wure why)
are you me
the 20kg dumbell shit is retarded
curls are the bane of my existence
Facial fitness thread
I tried 5 sets of dips the other day for the first time ever and the next day my shoulders were incredibly sore and tender. I think it might have been my rotator cuff or some shit because they felt awful. Will I get used to the pain or should I stop doing them, or is it that I just don't know proper form?
You have 10 seconds to say what's wrong with my body.
