Anyone here do IF? I'm currently on a 4 hour eating window so I eat from about 5-9 in the evening but it fluctuates. Sometimes I eat as late as 11 if I'm busy.
Is it better to have a eating window during the day and going to bed with an empty stomach for fat loss or does it not matter? I want to get down to like 8% body fat. Only been down to about 12% in the past.

I guess I do this when Im at work. I eat a big lunch breakfast/lunch before I head out. Drink lots of water and chew gum during my shift. Do my best to not get 2 double western bacon cheese burgers and eat ground rice and turkey again.

Hey /fit/, this is my first time on this board; pretty much I'm looking to get a bicycle. There's a Dick's Sporting Goods near where I live so I'm on their website trying to find a bicycle on there but I don't really know what I'm doing. I haven't had one since I was a kid so I'm really out of my element.
My price range is a maximum of $250 USD. I don't know if this matters, but I'm male, 20, 5'-5", 200 lbs (fat, not muscle). I don't plan on taking it off-road.
Look on craiglist, kijiji, or local china town to try adn find a used bike.
Get a road bike, get some fenders a rack and a pannier. This makes commuting easy and free exercise. Learn to do basic maintenance, and wear a helmet.
I'm worried I'd end up getting a shitty bike if I got it used. I usually feel more comfortable getting new shit but I'll look into it.
Fenders are just for protecting the wheels, right? Yeah, I'll do that.

As long as the frame is solid, and the brakes work, don't worry too much about it. You can always upgrade parts later.
Get full fenders, so when you ride when its wet outside, you protect the bike and your clothes. I commute and do errands get around on my bike, I ride 100km a week minimum.
It's the fastest way to get around the city since I live downtown.

I was pretty hyped about starting SS but then I realized i don't fucking want strength, i just want to fuck bitches and dominate normies, so let's say I am completely interested in aesthetics and not in functional strength, would you recommend starting with reddit's PPL? it's pretty convincing and I have everything needed at home to do every exercise except for a few (leg press, leg curl and cable face pull) but i found alternatives for those excercises with BBs and DBs.
