Hey guys, what is your 1 year progression on the bench, squat, dead lift, and ohp? One year ago I decided to stop being a fat piece of shit and start lifting and run in every day. Here is my progress.

Between my first year of lifting and my second year of lifting I had similar progress, but for five instead of one.
Your ohp is great though. I don't think I've ever seen anyone do a two plate ohp in person.

The weight is such that I can only do 7 or 8 reps in one go, in this instance, bicep curls. I have tried smaller weights that I can go for around 20 or so. "Going despite the lack of energy" is nonsensical. It is not my will that is failing, it is my body.
