I have noticed that there are 2 types of fat people out there
the classic beer gut type which usually has chest hair and some degree of manliness although unhealthy
and now I have noticed a new growing trend of young men having a weird alien-looking pear shaped flab body and it looks disgusting. It makes me physically sick. And I figured what is wrong with fat people now and why they look so disgusting and cottage-cheese like. It's because they consume dairy products, which are not only extremely harmful to your health, they also pump a shitload of estrogen into your body
they just dont eat any protein and get a lot of estrogen in return. pretty ez to fix.
Guy needs to get on estrogen, zap all those hairs, get huge implants, a nose job, and get fuct.

Trying to be able to run a half marathon by this fall and ran into an interview were a retired runner came up with this training plan:
You run at a pace that keeps your BPM at 180-your age. So 157 for me. Apparently this is supposed to train your body to use Fat as a fuel source instead of Glucose.
Is there any kind of merit behind this? Or is this just some bro-science shit?

generally running is about BPM and time, speed is irrelevant. Steady BPM, no breaks, no pauses, for a set amount of time (30-40 minutes I'd recommend if you're starting)
fat is an excellent energy source, whereas sugars aren't as good. fructose is better than glucose IMO, but fat tops the charts. when you do based cardio, and you burn fat, your energy levels stay a lot more consistent than through other methods. this is legit stuff.

How do i save my little sister from being a fat ass? She's 7 and weighs 103 lbs almost as twice as any kid her age. It's because of my parent's shitty care, they feed her 10-14 meals a day which consist of 3500 - 4000 calories each day. I really want to help her, because i know how it feels to be raised as a fatass, i used to be 180 lbs when i was 13. Until i got sick of being fat at 16 then lost 70 lbs in 5 months by keto and running. And everytime i bring up this issue to my parents they either ignore me or act like they're hearing me then continue to feed...

Everything lies in your parents, man. She's seven, there's no point of convincing her to lose weight by going to the gym or some shit. But, you can try to urge your parents to stop feeding her so much. Do it while you can OP; after a while, she may be too far into her weight to be saved.

Guys I'm thinking about joining the military. I'm in pretty good shape but not nearly strong enough.
I need to be able to run fast, do lots of pushups, pullups, and situps.
I know the way to achieve these goals is to run a lot, do pushups, pullups, and situps. But when should i do these things?
Right now I'm lifting 3 days a week. And running on my off days. 1 full rest day a week. I'm going to build up to running 5 days a week eventually.
But when do I do the bodyweight stuff? On my rest days? Or on my lifting days? How should...

Just do a standard push/pull but prioritise calisthenics over lifting weights and run 5 days a week.
