I haven't gone for a run in six days, tell me what a piece of shit I am
What are the most effective medications to reduce post puberty gyno (no steroids)?
I saw some names being thrown around in previous threads.
No money for surgery, thanks.
it may sound dumb to you ff, but just lose fat.
if you're sub 12% and still have them go for surgery. start saving now. no doctor can tell you wheter it is gyno or not if you are just chubby.
i was a ff myself all my life, thought i have gyno, lost weight and viola, the bitch tits are almost gone
well played /fit/
Are bruised shins while deadlifting just a natural part of it?
Are the calorie loss counters on machines cardio machines a meme or are they semi accurate?
Is it better to alternate your source of protein (chicken, salmon, beef), or be consistent with just one kind?
Now this ice cream right here is only 240-280 calories depending on the flavor. More importantly it's got 24g of protein per pint, with only about 6g of sugar. It also tastes heavenly.
It's best to alternate your sources of everything because you're an uneducated dumb fuck who's obviously not eating perfectly right. If you vary everything, you're bound to get enough of everything.
This page has over 2 million likes on Facebook.
Brace for impact boys, if you thought the summerfags and normies were bad before, it's about to get worse.
There has been a massive influx in the last 2 weeks.
Then again if you were to look at the statistics for even the daily traffic you would realize that there is more then likely an entirely nu crowd of people coming on this board at least every month. If not every week.
Generally the normies stay in general threads while all the nuwave stuff floods page 1.
has anyone here ever rented a storage space and just loaded it with your workout shit and used it as a gym?
is something like that possible or legal?
>Make thread on whether to lift if I have a slight pain on my forearm
>Get told to man up so I decided to go through IT
>Pain got progressively worse but manage to finish it
>Two days later, can't fully expend arm backwards, area between biceps & forearm hurts when touch, & can't stretch it fully
>tfw wisdom gains
I hurt my elbow the other day on a wave rider. I gymmed today, tried 1 light rep on incline db and it hurt so I just punished legs and left. The healing process takes a while breh. Pushing through muscle fatigue pain is good but pushing through ligament, sprains, etc is retarded
NEED YOUR COACHING GUYS.
I WANNA DO PIC RELATED AND I NEED YOUR ADVICE.
Everything from muscles required to excercies/diet/whatever is welcome.
I REALLY REALLY wanna do this.
If this thread goes well, i'll try to post progress every week or so.
MY STATS :
Okay Lats - can do around 15-20 pull ups if i really need to - can also do a muscle up.
Okay Tricep although it feels weak for some reason
90lb dbs for 8 reps?
Is this impressive?
What's a recreational sport that will get you laid the most? My vote is for cycling because of obvious reasons.
The really big legs that come from biking.
Who /lifting without cardio/ here?
Fuck, everytime I step on a bike I'm feeling worn out.
Time to start working on it :((
What do you think the best method of cutting is?
1. Cutting extremely hard and fast for 1-3 months
2. Cutting really easy and slow over the course of 6-12 months
I notice the coaches @ 3DMJ (Eric Helms, Alberto Nunez, Jeff Alberts) they all seem to do massively long cuts, like 30-40 weeks or even longer, they keep their calories fairly high and drop fat very slowly, they claim this is the best for muscle and strength maintenance as a natural.
But most people on /fit/ seem to advocate just doing really harsh and short cuts.
So whose right?
It took me 12 months to cut 20lbs (188.5 to 168.5) - I am only 5'7 (170cm) - 3.5 years lifting.
I maintained all my strength, and even gained some on half my lifts. I look infinitely better than I did before, I still have full muscles. I never once felt flat or soft or weak throughout the entire cut. I didn't even have any cheat days or anything either. Just a refeed of +500 extra calories here and there once every 2 weeks or so.
I can't do extreme cuts, they always back-fire on me. Right now I am at a very comfortable place body-fat wise, and have a really positive relationship with food. I haven't felt like binging or cheating in over year now and my weight doesn't go crazy high anymore and I can control everything I do.
Feels good man.
