Being excessive is really bad no matter what you do, keep your normal diet that's helped you loose weight so far and every once in a while have a dish you really crave, but two whole days? thats ridiculous.

I'm right there with you bro. I started lifting about a year before I got divorced (was gonna happen anyway) now I'm a single dad with full custody of my son and all I do is work, lift, and dad. Career is ok but I have to choose between the gym or social time until I meet that girl that lifts.
