Been doing various ab excersices and week and a half of keto-diet recently. Atm trying to eat less (less than 3k cals) and doing some cardio, im getting some results but not as fast as i would love to. Any other tips?

Judging by physique, having relatively thinner legs, but huge shoulders, arms, and back. Chest training is not as big of a priority in comparison to the others. Lots of rows and OHP should do it with lateral delt exercises thrown in

No matter what i do, i ALWAYS wake up at around 8:15. I sleep in the attic above a garage and some ALWAYS leaves around 8:20.
EVEN if i wasn't being woken up by the sound of the garage opening, i STILL randomly wake up AT LEAST once between 6-8. Tired as shit. And it takes me 30 minutes to fall back asleep.
Should i just go to bed earlier?
Well i sleep ~6h each night as a family man, and i usually wake up once or twice a night.
Still squat has gone from 5x130kg to 5x155kg in 3.5months.

so I recently watch a documentary on Netflix (fat, sick, nearly dead) the guy had great success by only having juice for 60 days, im currently at 268lbs and 6ft id like to get down to around 200 pretty quick and feel better as well
fit docs, as far as you can help me: on the bottom of my left foot hurts when I walk. When I walk slowly and careful it does not.
I can move it in every direction and press it with my hands painlessly, but walking hurts. Came after using old shoes in the gym and rope skipping.

I looked at my body in the mirror and holy shit, I'm disgusting.
I've worked out on and off in the past years just to feel better with myself I guess,
and I self deluded myself into thinking that after losing 40 lbs (I was obese as fuck) I looked decent.
I'm 6' 180lbs. I can almost wrap my hand around my bicep.
I have no muscle at all.
