I'm on a deficit and completely cut takeout/chocolate/soda etc, i heard a healthy weight is around 145-150? hope i can get to 150 in a couple of months, have on idea what a healthy weight loss is like. How many lbs can u lose safely without fucking your body up from rapid weight loss?

No. I've been attacked before and got fucked up. I was walking my black lab and a pit bull and Rottweiler got out of their fence (Mexican owners of course) and started going for my dog. Trying to hit and kick two dogs and keep them away was hard and I got bit a couple times on my leg and my arms. The piece of shit owners finally came out and held the dogs back but ended up refusing to pay my medical bills and my vet bills and I had to take them to court.
If they didn't come out to hold them back...

It's going to be difficult for you to cut back. Literally everything in your life will be associated with smoking.
I was smoking bongs pretty much 24/7. At my worst I was going through 7 grams of weed, 7 grams of synthetic and 7 grams of tobacco in roughly 30 hours.
I managed to give up and I gotta say it's still difficult. It's been about six months since my last cigarette and I still get urges every day.
Stopped going to the gym 2 months ago, from a 6 month period.
Was weighing in 60kg at about 12% or thereabouts bodyfat.
Currently I weigh 53kg with 172cm, about 5% bf. So I gained 3kg of muscle in those 6 months (started with 50kg).
I'm starting to go to the gym next thursday and I'd like some general advice about everything so I don't fuck it up this time, and have willpower when my face starts to get fat from additional calories.
