Quick question about cutting.
At what point do you adjust your macros/cals and by how much?
I'm a former semi-fatty and I've been losing consistently for a while 2-3 lbs per week.
I've been stuck at the same weight for over a month now. I'm thinking about lopping off 100 cals a day or so but I wasn't sure what other people normally do.
Also question about cutting.
I'm 5'1 and around 145lbs, on a 1200cal (generally a bit under).
How long until I see progress?
Started walking, plan on jogging once my ankel injury is a bit better.
Previously only done back squats.
Recently my friend convinced me to start doing front squats. I like to keep my workouts under an hour so I only have time for 3 sets of front squats and 3 sets of back squats.
Is it better to split my time between both lifts or should I focus on back squat more with more sets?
Just got circumcised. Any advice on when I can bo back to the gym? Any anything related, so I won't hurt myself.
Why would you do that? Now you won't be able to put your dick inside the hole at the side of the weights without it tearing your dick. I'd say you have to wait at least a month before you go, and don't forget to bring a lot of lube.

In my opinion it's the The Press.
Ever since I started working out I have been getting red spots (like miniature pimples but too small to have the "head") over my shoulder and my top back area (none on chest).
I shower after every workout and I shower every day, my hygiene is very good.
I'm not ingesting increased amounts of dairy products in fact I drink very little milk in general, I eat about 2-4 eggs a day depending on whether I am working out or not.
How do you deal with this?

Its shoulder acne. Blood flow to the muscle increases heat to the area, which stimulates sweat glands. Your shirt is tightish against your upper back and shoulders, which doesnt let your skin breathe, so the sweat clogs up your pores rather than evaporating off, causing spots.
Extremely common, dont worry about it. Shower twice a day (including straight after the gym) if it bothers you that much
