/fit/ can somebody throw me their cutting diet schedule?
I need to start eating only 1, 642 calories a day and I'd really fucking appreciate it if I could get some help.
I'm dieting, but not "cutting".
>8 AM, eat peanut butter sandwich with whole grain bread, water for drink.
>12 pm eat another two peanut butter sandwiches with whole grain bread
>7 pm finish strong before bed time with another pair of pb sammiches
1500 calories, m8.
Currently cutting at 1472:
Breakfast: 2 scoops, 1 banana, 1.5 cups 2% = 550 kcal
Lunch: small bean and cheese burrito - 250 kcal
Dinner: reasonably large portions or whatever I decide on
Snacks: pre-workout, carrots, bell peppers, broccoli
usually if I really do have 600+ kcal for dinner it actually fills me up pretty fast.
Now that I'm used to it it works quite well for me.
Has anyone here ever tried GOMAD? I'm thinking of giving it a go, as well as starting a proper weekly exercise routine. SS will probably be the routine I follow.
I'm 18, 5'7", and 110lbs. I've worked out to eat ~2100 calories and the appropriate amount of macros per day, as well as exercising at least once every two days. Is the GOMAD diet right for me? I don't want to become some fat cunt., just put on a bunch of weight that I can work off and start building muscle mass.
What can donto gain more mass?

im 5'10 with a 7 1/4- 7 1/2 wriet measurement and im classed as large frame to medium frame. even tho i have 20 inch shoulders (non lifting from delts) im classed as an endomorph and i have no chance of having a girlfriend. :( i feel like if no girls ever gonna want me i should kill myself. not bait serious
