My old fatty self would have gotten two heaping plates of unhealthy shit before, now though I just get one regular food plate and my second plate with orange slices, watermelon slices, cantalope, honeydew, etc. Maybe your buffet has similar stuff, at least you won't feel as crummy loading up on fruit as you would the other stuff

It is fucking annoying seeing a fatass do that because you know those 250 calories he saved don't mean shit because the is already eating at. 1k daily surplus.
For me though on cheat meals I still get a diet soda if I am craving some carbonation because drinking a cup of sugary syrup is just dumb, rather spend those calories on a tasty beer

I just grab heavy dumbbells and do calf raises that way. Better for grip strength and stability anyway.
I've heard that calves should always be trained low weight high rep as opposed to high weight low rep is that true?

A lot of things I read say to only workout a muscle group once in a week or else you're just going to do damage and not going to gain mass, but at the same time say to do compound exercises. How the fuck am I supposed to do compound exercises and only hit each specific muscle once in a week? The more I learn about lifting the more confusing it gets.
Nah. General guideline is to leave one rest day between hitting the same bodypart. That means take a day off between workouts if you're doing compounds, or plan a split so one bodypart is resting on a day another part is getting hit.

When I was a swimmer I was fairly regular but since I graduated and picked up lifting my time has gotten insane. Like I'll have two in one month one month then skip a month or be late or early. There's no consistency. I know I can't be preggers because just as autistic as everyone else on here. Just wondering if anyone else got unpredictable too.
