Can I stop doing SS /fit/? or are my numbers still shit?
200 lbs, 5'8
It's possible to become stronger while cutting?
>Be me considering doing a low test e cycle (~200 mg a week perhaps) and then pct of nolva
I feel like deepweb will eventually be non-existent soon with the govt becoming all the more peridious and don't want to miss the tren if i can help it.
Why so low? Wtf?
That's practically a TRT dosage for 70 year old men, in fact it probably is if it's underdosed as UGLs typically are.
Do 15 weeks of 500mg/week test-e with dbol 50mg first 5 weeks.
How do I into Sage Northcutt mode /fit/?
Focus front squats and martial arts.
After that, do footwork drills, chin ups, some bench press, and core work.
His delts and back are under-developed for my tastes, but he's a pretty fit dude.
I wonder how efficient his training is to his sport.
I wonder what exercise has the best carry-over for punch strength (other than just punching).
Dumbbell The Press?
>Be me (female burger)
>Be 5'9" and 133 pounds (bmi: 19.8)
Why do I still feel fat? Do I need to lose weight?
I've been lifting for one month. I have also been eating a ton. About 300-350 more calories than usual. I've definitely noticed strength gains. But for some reason I have lost weight. I've lost about 4 pounds since I've started lifting. I wasn't even able to bench lmao 1pl811!! but now I'm able to bench 150 at 3-4 reps and 50's on the dumbell press. This doesn't make sense to me. Am I doing something wrong? My goal weight is 180-185 in a year. I'm currently 170 at 5'10.
Sticky is what made me get these gains, but I'm so fucking confused because I haven't gained any weight, but I've noticed muscle mass/tone and strength.
/fit/, at what stage or time in pregnancy do I need to get my girl to take test to ensure my son has a huge donger?
Been cutting for a while. Addicted to it.
I want them abs, I read the sticky (or what I could) but I'm still confused.
I need to eat big to get big so should I eat a lot on days I lift and cut on days I'm not lifting?
Is this not optimal?
I don't mind slow gains and it's all fo sho although I would like SOME strength but I want Progress.
And I don't want to get fat again.
You need protein.
You should be cutting all the time or not. It isn't cutting if you don't eat one day then stuff your skele ass face.
Idk why you would even want to cut anymore but just eat some fucking protein would ya?
>"I remember when you were chubby Anon, you've come a long way and I'm proud"
Why are compliments still the worst thing ever??
because compliments make you feel like you are still trying to live up to other people's perceptions of you. When they say shit like good job you feel as if they still have power over you or that they assume you are trying to live up to their expectations.
Because while you've tasted success, you've yet to taste true crushing failure. And I don't mean the "hurr I've never had any friends" failure, I mean the have it all then lose everything and then move back home with your parents level of failure.
Once you haul your sorry ass through surviving that level of failure, you'll come around to being able to take compliments with social grace.
What does /fit think of Jeff Cavaliere?
What mode am I? Hulk mode?
I think it's time I abandoned squats for good. I've been lifting 1.5 years and in that time I've only managed to squat 180lbs for reps and given myself two hernias getting there.
I just dont' understand what the problem is. My other lifts have gone up as you'd expect: OHP 135 BP 225 DL 350.
I'm not even seeing any hypetrophy in my quads or ass even though I'm squatting 3x weekly. The ROI on the movement has been almost nil, and the time and effort I expend doing it can be better spent elsewhere, like lunges or hip thrusts.

Can anyone provide me with a work out plan to make Varisty Basketball next year? I'm 6'0", 175 pounds, and have some experience playing basketball. Can any of you make into a superstar?
