So why do you fags then go ahead and recommend high fat diets? You're literally getting fuck all TEF from a high fat diet, your body ends up absorbing most of those calories. It explains why I looked like shit on a high fat diet, compared to a low fat diet, despite being on the EXACT same calories.
Best macros for body-composition is LOW fat, MODERATE protein, and HIGH carb. So something like 40-50g fat, 150-200g...

3. American diet is INSANELY high in fat.
The vast majority of the calories that people eat from take-away food, eating out, junk food etc; is from fat.

Yeah I've had a similar experience.
When I get back from the gym and after I've taken a shower, I look in the mirror and let out a huge sigh and then think about what would be the best way to kill myself. Then, I masturbate to kill the sadness for an hour

Does anyone know anything about this injury? I got it doing OHP I think, something is snapping over the bone in my elbow (I can see it and feel it with my fingers). Apparently it's either my tricep or my ulnar nerve.
I can find practically information about it. Can I fix it with stretch or massages or some exercise or something? It's not painful it's just concerning.
Elbow tendonitis. Likeky a tricep tendon. Not concerning. Just rest it. Tendons have relatively poor blood supply, so they take much longer to heal than muscles. The issue should resolve itself. Or, you could see a doctor.
Yeah used to have this but mostly ignored it. Eventually developed into tricep tendonitis that took me out for like a month. Make sure you're always properly warmed up and stretch during pressing movements. Got mine from OHP/weighted dips
Using my other hand I can actually feel the tendon snap over the bone when I bend my arm at to around 110 degrees. It doesn't happen on my healthy arm. I thought tendinitis was caused by inflammation, is the tendon actually moving and snapping part of it?

I've lost 30lbs and am starting to see some definition, but I've yet to experience any gains in my confidence... I'm still overly-quiet in social settings and afraid to go out of my comfort zone...
Success doesn't give you confidence, anon, surviving through failure and defeat does.
This is because confidence is the absence of fear, and you can banish your fear only by confronting your inner demons over and over again.
Getting fit does not mean your personality will improve. I got fit but I'm still a forever alone virgin with poor social skills who makes everyone around him in a 10 mile radius uncomfortable as fuck.
I don't work on improving my personality either because I'm angry, bitter and have stopped giving too many fucks so will just keep lifting until my autistic ass dies.
But if you want to be a confident and socially apt person, if you actively work on becoming one, you'll probably see some sort of change.
Last week I lifted 130lb 5x5 on bench. I even did 6 on the last set.
This week I moved up to 135lb. I could only get 4 reps on my first set. Wtf gives?
You're only supposed to move up 2.5 lbs per workout on bench and OHP. 5 lbs is impossible to sustain, since every amateur would go from 100lbs to 300lbs bench in 6 months (which isn't possible by the way)
Why would a skinny guy ever bother lifting?
I was fat, then started cutting, then got skinny-fat. So I had to fix my body with lifting because it was the only way to lose the skinny-fat body-type. But I know for a fact if I was just plain skinny, that I would have never started lifting. Clothes fit best on skinny physiques, most women prefer skinny guys.
So tell me, why would a skinny guy ever bother? Unless you're skinnyfat or fat-fat, there's no point in lifting.

The glaze is fucking delicious. Red chili powder is preferable, as it adds an additional level of kick to the chili agave glaze. Next time I might add a little bit of fresh ginger to it, a small amount of cilantro, and a little bit of lemon juice to see how it turns out.

How can an hour of lifting weights 3 days a week have an effect on weight loss? Especially when a lot of that hour is break periods for the next set.
Seriously, I'm on a 500cal cut and I don't see 3hrs of weights a week having any effect. And if it does it must be the equivalent of less than three 25 minute runs.
Calories are spent on adaptation and muscle building. Lifting increases your TDEE by a bit. There isn't much difference between 3 and 6 workouts a week though because just lifting doesnt burn much on its own.
Here's a little anecdotal stort for you, take it as you will
When I started, I was 100 kg, 182 cm. Did SS after cutting down to 85 kg. Started eating at maintainance (for me then it was 2200 kcal). After about 6 months, I noticed that I had been ever so slowly losing more weight (increased to 2400 kcal, dropped to 83 kg)
Now I am 87kg and maintainance at 2700 kg
I guess moral of the stort is the more muscle mass you build, the higher your calorie needs for maintainance
