Fall asleep around 2pm wake up around 10pm. Been trying to fix my sleep schedule by going to bed at midnight in addition to this, but I still get tired at 2pm.
During my freshman year of college I got very little sleep and my gains grinded to a halt. Felt exhausted and lifts stalled. Even though my sleep schedule is weird right now I still feel good and lifts are progressing.
Unless you feel like shit I wouldn't worry about it hurting your lifts, you still should try to get back on a normal track, though.

Almost positive I just slipped a disc in my back just now. I was lifting a crate of free weights almost equal to 80lbs in a weird way and then I experienced a sharp pain followed by soreness in my back/left thigh. I can still walk around but it's painful. I can't bend down at all. The pain is pretty much equal to a few days after my laparoscopic appendix surgery. I'm seeing a physical therapist tomorrow morning for more information but I'm really concerned.
