I need to get to 6'0" so I can start worrying about my face tho. I think I'm at least a 7/10 so working on my facial aesthetics won't take very long to improve to 8 or 9/10.

Lifted for 8 months at the gym (used to lift at home on and off so I already had a 'base'. I find cutting when lifting is much slower so I'm going to just do daily cardio till I cut down to about 175.
I'm down from 153kg to 98, about 16-18% fat

75 a day? Wtf I smoked 20 a day for 2 years and I had the worst fucking cough and wheezing you could imagine and it all went away 1 day after quitting. I bet you cough and wheeze 24/7 from all that smoking
Addictions are habits connected with other habita. Some people smoke after eating, some while drinking, some after sex and so on. To stop smoking, you have to fix or change your habits, that leads you to smoking. And you have to fight constantly the craving for cigarettes. That will haunt you for life.

My bench is stalling hard at 180. I've been doing a PPL with TM progression and eating 3700 calories per day and I can't get past 180.

I used conventional up until i got close to 290 x 5 and switched to sumo. It works so much better for my geometry and is ultimately safer. Ive never looked back 2bh
