/fit/ can you tell me a good routine for wrestler/grappler, oriented around power/explosive strength instead of increasing brute strength.

you're doing it wrong. moderate deficit like no more than 500kcal under maintenance then you won't feel like shit and you can keep it up for months. if you still have problems switch to IF it's GOAT for cutting

I was driving yesterday, and I saw a beautiful guy jogging and stopping at the crosswalk. I thought for sure you would like him. He seemed so fit and muscular and lean, and I took some pictures.

Hey guys , I've been doing 5x5 SL for a month and a half now , but I'm noticing that I'm having 0 gains in my triceps ( most other major muscle is getting a bit bigger every week ) , what is a good target exercise that I could do to train my triceps while I'm doing SL ?
