To keep this fitness related, how can I improve on benchpress? I've stalled for a long time doing 4 sets of 5 reps. Should I start doing more reps or just keep working through the stall?

I can't find a source I trust, and buying from strangers and just believing it's test irks me. The problem is even if It works it might not be test it might be some research chemical or legal steroid.
Is the PUA community the most toxic community that exists?
If you go on one of their forums you'll find a bunch of shit about ratios of the body and using very specific measures of bodyparts like of the "maxilla" to determine whether someone is good looking or not. And then there are all these terms like "shit test" and such that nobody outside of their community even thinks twice about.
It kinda feels like what would spawn if /r9k/ tried to make a coherent guide to getting laid.
PUA people think they can get girls by following certain protocols while in reality getting girls is pretty random and even as a mythical Chad you won't get all the chicks you want. Complicating dating never helped anyone.
There's a certain overlap because many /fit/ posters get sucked into the PUA scene, but overall not really. /fit/ is A LOT more laid back about women than the PUA community. I swear it's like they're all gonna go elliot rodger any minute by how they talk about women.

I have this really big problem. And, that problem is bad posture. I was just recently diagnosed with a Kyphotic Lordotic (pic related). I am 18 years old. My posture really looks ugly. Butt is sticking out. Chest is pressured. Arms are bending forward. Are there any simple exercises which I can do often and don't require any equipment?
what did the guy who diagnosed you say? if this was an actual diagnosis, why do you think you can fix it with "simple exercises"? some people's spines are just naturally fucked up and trying to force them into (for them) unnatural positions can do more harm than good.
My posture was good. I fucked up it by my own by spending tons of time computers. No one warned me about my posture. It's really bad. Bad posture isn't my family heredity >>37527802

Proteins: 0.8 to 1.2g/lb
Fats: 20-30% of your caloric intake
Carbs: The rest of your caloric intake
If I want ot bulk on 4000 kcal, this is what I get:
Proteins: 150g (600kcal)
Fats: ~112g (1000kcal)
Carbs: 600g (2400kcal)
Now for the actual question:
How the FUCK am I supposed to get 600g of carbs?And 112g of fat? Those are insane quantities holy shit.
Newfag on this thread. I'm 5' 7" and 80 Kg; I'm thinking on starting the P90X program.
Have any of you anons tried out this? I have seen some vids on youtube about people working out but not sure. Also, I just started to train (again) for a 21km race (not for competition)

Go for it.
I would recommend setting up your own program tailored for your goals but its more about consistency with working out.
Once you stick with it for a couple months and lose a bit of belly consider looking into lifting weights.

If I want bigger legs/thighs, what's the better body weight exercise: squats or sit ups? I've always heard that sit ups are more for the core, but it's always my legs that are sore after doing them, so I don't know.
Before I started lifting I ran a lot I looked like a skeleton but i had decent legs
Try running in stairs or on rocky trails it's the best for your tighs
But it's terrible for your joints
