Post your http://symmetricstrength.com/ scores bros
All I do is squat and eat pizza I need help
if i'm doing a full body workout 3 days/week should i do it like
monday - heavy weight (strength training)
wednesday - low weight (endurance)
friday - medium weight (hypertrophy)
or should i just focus on the one kind of training 3 days/week instead of 3 kinds of training?
>tfw you realize zyzz looked pretty shit
Which Captains of Crush strength should I start with? My grip is pretty fucking weak, but I know that you can train it fairly quickly and I don't want to buy a lower-strength one and have to replace it very soon.
If you are short on money you might consider doing wrist-curls.
If you are already going to a gym, do deadlifts, and hold them.
Also, there's a chinese version of grippers which can be adjusted.
Fugg, I meant wrist-rolling.
Also, buy two of those chinese grippers, they are of bad quality.
Also, reverse curls.
There's so much stuff you can do without these meme-grips, even without access to a gym. Buying stuff is nice, but you could spend it on other stuff. Protein.
I'm planning on eventually adding grip-centric exercises when I go to the gym, but I'm a new lifter so I can't handle much more volume than what I'm already doing
Fat Gripz won't work for me because I have insanely small hands (proportional dwarfbro) so I don't think I'd be able to hold them well at all
What does /fit/ think of the hodge twins?
I found them amusing for the first 5 episodes I watched because they reminded me of friends I had in high school, then the more I watched the more annoying they got and I realised why I don't hang out with them anymore.
So, I started SS 2 months ago and proceeded to gain 10 pounds in that time. I was 155 and went straight to 165. I'm 5' 11'', 21 years old.
What the fuck am I supposed to do? I don't want to tell people I'm "bulking" and make excuses when I really don't have my weight under control.
Could stop sleeping for 3 days have fun effects such as hallucinations?
You can go about two to three days without "sleep" before you start experiencing sound hallucinations and your body starts compensating by doing "micronaps". Eventually you'll experience visual hallucinations but by this time you'll want to seek medical attention. Also it isn't fun. At all.
t. Adderall bender for 4 days
for me I start after about two days. Not from speed or anything, just weekend OTC (ROTC if you're Murrican) exercises.
The hallucinations aren't the fun kind though, they're nothing like LSD hallucinations
>no /mewing/ general
What the fuck /fit/
>What is mewing?
It's the exercise of having your mouth closed, teeth together and tongue on the roof of your mouth
>Does it work?
Yes, absolutely, some have a more malleable bone structure and will see faster results, but it does work.
>What do I do?
There are two simple things you have to do.
1. Chew hard gum.
2. Perform a simple exercise.
I will explain each in detail below:
This process strengthens your facial muscles, allowing them to be more accentuated, reducing the pudgy look, and giving a more "indented" and concave look, adding more definition while also improving dental structure and health.
Like dogs and other animals, we were meant to constantly chew to strengthen our jaws and biting strength.
Traditional gum is full of sugar and incredibly soft, made for weak people.
This is /fit/, we don't chew pussy gum.
This is the most important part and perform this exercise whenever you're not chewing gum.
What you have to do is align your front row of teeth so they're parallel top to bottom, use a mirror, close your mouth and keep it relaxed, do not grind them.
Then using as much area as you can of your tongue, apply pressure on the roof of your mouth.
If it gets slightly uncomfortable, you're doing good.
What you should feel, and the only way you know its working is if you feel place your fingers underneath your jaw and feel a hardening and flexing motion happening.
This flexing motion is what is used to push your jaw forward over time, and to give it more definition, fixing any under-bite and aligning things properly.
This will take time, do not give up.

Opinions on ramadan /fit/?
What do normies think of us?
I get complemented on my body and people tell me I look very good
but according to /fit/ standard, which I have internalized, I look like shit
I live in one of the fattest cities in one of the fattest countries in the world.
I may be overweight but I'm still /fit/ to these obese fatasses.
I'll actually be /fit/ by December.
2017 will be my year.
> 24 year old with university degree, but in a field where nobody hires.
> Living with parents home and been making gains steadily (gained 45 pounds already).
> Finally out of skeleton mode and into dyel mode.
> Family has decided to change our perfectly fine diet and everybody has to partake.
> I am not allowed to cook my own food and store it because kitchen is too small for big family.

Grow a spine
If you can't muster the balls to tell your abusive(yes, abusive) family to go sodomize themselves with rusty farming tools, at least sneak in food that's good for you.
So tell me /fit/, why are you still eating beef when bison meat exists?
Who else /250mg/ here?
It's fucking great. Simply just so great. Can eat a lot, gain no fat and my mood is great.
>still not doing fake natty cycles
Open your eyes.
>oats are extremely overrated
>deadlifting is unnecessary
>flat benchpressing is a meme and barely works the chest compared to it's variants
>barbell rows are useless and just wear out your lower back, should be replaced by chinups
>front squats are the best squat variant
>yeah, they're good every once in a while in the morning but they're not some fucking magic food
>for the purpose of hypertrophy yes, you could work each muscle group individually, deadlifting is just a more efficient way to do what, while destroying your spine and knees, also deadlifting is supposed to stimulate the cns and develop strenght
>same as for deadlifting
