when i was tracking my calories mfw it has 0.4g fat, 7g carbs and 2.8g protein per ONE HUNDRED FUCKING GRAMS. why is /fit/ so obssessed with it?

It's cheap, has fiber, and it's major selling point is what you're bitching about.
It has a shit ton of volume.
Fullness depends on fat, protein, fiber, and volume.
Volume doesn't affect long term satiety as much but it hits the hardest for the shortest amount of time.
Trying to lose weight?
You could eat 150 cals worth of Broccoli, won't affect your daily limit that much but for a good 4 hours it will feel like you just ate a 3 course meal.

Looking for interpretation of my chest, do I have gyno or will all that flab go away with dropping weight? It's weird because the right side of my chest seems to hold more flab than my left, I've heard asymmetry of the chest flab can mean gyno, one side of the chest often has more breast tissue than the other in gyno. I've never had breast tenderness, and there is no palpable lump underneath the tissue. I've heard that there can still be breast tissue within the fat tissue even without a lump.

Looks like just normal fat guy chest, probs not gyno. 25% could be correct, it's a difficult thing to eyeball. Get your doctor to measure bf% if you want a better answer than that.
Thanks for response. I'm hoping it's not gyno. I've read that some people store more fat on their chest comparatively. I can't afford the surgery. I am trying to cut, just started EC stack a few days ago, working as intended.
when you take a shit at the gym, do you wipe? i used to but someone told me the visceral stench of sweaty stained ass ups testosterone. i don't know if that's true or not but i've been able to do an extra two sets of each lift since i stopped wiping. i still shower after though i'm not disgusting.

What does /fit/ think of home gyms?
If you had a nice sized garage, would you have a home gym?
I love it, got mine for $550.
Rack, bench, 191 kg oly-weights bar included and 115 kg schoolweights for dumbbells and floor protection. I can do everything I want to do; bench, deadlifts and squats, along with other things of course. All that was $60 cheaper than 2 years at the cheapest gym where I live.
With bench, not everything included in pictures.
Anyone here every injured themselves at the gym or in sports? I have, tore my bicep tendon doing preacher curls.
